TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
FrostCoat is an online store operated by Northy Group LLC. In these Terms, “FrostCoat,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Northy Group LLC. “You” means the person visiting the store or placing an order. Shopify provides the storefront and checkout technology we use to sell our products.
These Terms cover your use of the store and purchases made through it. Please review them and the policies available on the store before placing an order.
1. USING THE STORE
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you to place an order. Use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, bypass security measures, or access another person’s account without permission.

We describe the products, sizes and options available at the time you shop. Colors can vary by screen. Use the measurements in the size guide when choosing a size and follow the care and use instructions supplied with the product. Availability and purchase limits may vary by product and destination.
3. PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENT
Review the currency, quantities, selected add-ons, applicable discounts, delivery charges and taxes shown at checkout before paying. Offers are subject to the conditions displayed with them. We may change prices and offers for future orders. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options, subject to applicable law.
4. ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order. Keep your account credentials secure. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will return the amount paid for the cancelled items as required by law.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how we calculate delivery charges and which delivery estimates apply. Review the options and any conditions presented at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or if your order is late, missing or damaged. Any expedited delivery promise is subject to the terms stated for that option and your rights under applicable law.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND GUARANTEES
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a return, where to send it, and when a refund or exchange is available. Contact support before mailing a return so we can provide the correct return instructions. The business mailing address at the end of these Terms is for correspondence. Any guarantee offered with an item supplements the rights you already have under applicable consumer law.

The store may link to external websites or use third-party services for functions such as checkout and payment. Review the terms and privacy information applicable to any separate third-party service you choose to use. Northy Group LLC remains responsible for its obligations as the seller.
8. REVIEWS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
Submit reviews and photos only if you have the right to share them. By sending a review for publication, you allow us to display it on the store with the name you provide for that purpose. 10. STORE CONTENT
Store branding, text, images and design elements are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may use the store for personal shopping and product research. Commercial reuse of protected material requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
11. AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
The store may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. These Terms do not limit any statutory warranty, cancellation right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights you already have for an existing order.
